Finding myself craving something bad for last two day. Not sure whether I want chips or jelly beans or something else 😂
But my diet approach is not strict. So tomorrow I’ll get a small bag of Pringle’s or “whatever heart desires” (just in not big portion). Otherwise I’ll have like a kilogram of junk food at once in few weeks.
Make sure to treat yourself or spoil yourself once in a while. Even if it’s something like potato chips. If your heart desires them, give it a little bit 🍟

In my many diet journeys I have always allowed myself to have a “off” day, at first I used to eat lots of crap but now I find its really only my main meal that I don’t think about the diet :)

Why don’t you make a big batch of diet jelly and go crazy! Feels like sugar yo me but not :)

I find if I have an off day it can put me back to square one, week in, week out. It becomes a yo yo, where you can lose your motivation and focus. I found that instead of reaching for chocolate etc I buy DD lollies which are sugar free and yummy. There are caramel lollies, Jubes etc
Great to eat one or two when wanting something sweet. They are my go to. Buy from Woolworths, Foodland and Chemist Warehouse.
Don't forget the low cal, low carb hot choc or moccaccino by Avalanche from Woolworths and Coles. All the best :)
