I finally got myself a bathroom scales to go into my bathroom!!!
Now I can start weighing myself properly.
I'm keeping up with my exercises, and I'm enjoying the yoga more than I expected. Still looking for classes to join. I will be adding some bedtime poses next month.
My eating habits haven't been up to par. I still have one can of coke a day. And my water intake has decreased. And I have been skipping lunch as there hasn't been anything interesting for me to eat =(
I really need to work on that.
