I need to do something about my carb intake.

I eat a lot of white bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and that is on a daily basis.

Any tips on what I can do to lower my intake? Maybe start a low carb diet?


On another note, I'm still doing my ab challenge. And because I've had a few long days I haven't been able to do my yoga, which I really need to get back into. I have gain 500 grams since my last weigh in. I'm just hoping that is just fluid.

I really need to fit into those size 18 pants for work placement.
