I was going OK until the weekend when I went on a sugar bender. I know my sugar levels are high at the moment, actually have been all year.
So I want to try to get down to normal levels. Weight I dont really care about, that will take care of itself in the end. So this week & next I will do low carbs, just a few vegies when i need them. Coupled with time restricted eating.
