I brought clothes for my trip they getting tight. I get upset I get on the scales cause I'm close to 3 digital and not the trip goal I was getting close too. I met a lovely guy and he keeps saying I like you the way u are My rant over

it's not a goal it's a lifestyle change. if you treat it as a goal you will just go right back to where you were. it's not about him liking who you are it's about you liking who you are.
