well, i certainly fell off the wagon today (why why why!) I think someone took the horse as well...
as I was eating the choc I kept thinking to myself after this square , just one more etc. and I kept on eating!!
i cant say at least there is tomorrow I need more help than that its covid lockdown that's caused it, because I have gained about 20 lbs over the two years , slowly
wish I could get back into the swing of things sitting around on the computer and craft doesn't do it
