Just had a trip away for nine days. Didn't eat badly, but of course, had little choice at times. I put on a kg and now I'm back on the wagon.

I'm seeing a dietitian in a week because I'm over 60 and I believe hormonal changes mean I'm just struggling to lose anything. I've no idea if she can help me more than "eat fewer calories" which I'm doing.

I wish I could accept that I have belly fat and get on with life, but without carefully watching what I eat, I know I could easily put on 1kg a week. That's a scary thought.

I do enjoy my treats, trying to fit them into my daily calorie count. I enjoy what I eat. But I do have to watch what I eat. I'm not a big person, but if I let myself eat without thinking, I'd be a very big person.
60 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

hello,be careful about tummy fat as it's a sign of diabetes..I have issue with my weight always being around my tummy.the worst place too store it.. I love my food and I'm a big woman...if I put weight on it all goes too my middle . since counting calories I too love that I can eat,and have something special.. all the best with your journey...
