I have ibuprofen, Dermoplast, Aleve, & Benadry, by our bed, in the kitchen, by the Lazy Boy, and in the bathroom. I am not sure when this started, but I am not going to be in pain and trot all over the place to find relief. When company comes there’s a place for them to hide away from prying eyes and prying little hands. Impossible to get into anyway!!!😠 Those damn childproof containers take strength and manual dexterity to open, broken fingernails and cursing which all don’t help! That’s why there are little scissors close by!!! Even my even tempered hubby ends up cursing!🤬
I cannot even open my mouthwash and I am so annoyed about it! One keeps pinching and twisting and now my thumb is red and irritated, and it still didn't open!!!! I don't have children, why do I have to suffer with childproof tops???
It will make me need anxiety pills, that I can’t open!!!😡
The guy who caused the Tylenol murders and changed forever after how medications are packaged must be in the deepest darkest part of hell for he is still causing misery for so many!
OK, through ranting and raging about getting tops off bottles.🙃
Laughter is the best medicine anyway, it doesn’t come with a childproof top!!!
Plus, I should never tell my problems to anyone...20% don’t care and the other 80% are glad you have them.😁

Will have a slice of birthday cake today, my youngest son’s BD, and it’s coming with ice cream!!!😋🎂🍨
He is the reason I may have one of the shortest wills ever written: “Being of sound mind, I spent all the money!”😆
Have to go get the cake, was suppose to go yesterday, but the day slipped by. 😕 kinda feels like Déjà vu!😄

I do the same thing as you do for medications except I do it with flashlights. I have one by the bed in the master bedroom, the guest bedroom and next to the sofa in the family room. All because of power outgages that are not uncommon where I live. The allergy and pain medicine is in my bedroom in the nightstand. I also hate all the childproofing on pill bottles and everything else. I especially hate the things they put in plastic containers you have to cut to get open. I don't even think that's childproofing because they do it on the Soniccare tooth brushes.

I do this with my computer glasses. there is one pair in my office which are not allowed to move ever and then I have the roving pair which meander around with whichever device is trying to kill my eyes at night.

I can identify with all of it! My hubby is the one with the flashlight fetish. He even has a tiny one in the pocket of his robe so he doesn't step on the cat. My youngest daughter was born on my birthday. I have told her for most of her life, if she had been the first one, she would be an only child. Have a wonderful family day!

My wife and I both get migraines and i used to get 4 or 5 migraines a week, so we keep ibuprofen in the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, and in each car. But I found a study that said lowering your omega 6 consumption and increasing omega 3 consumption was as effective against preventing migraines as prescription medication. I didn't believe it was possible honestly but I tried it out anyway and now I have about 1 migraine a month if that.

You should be able to request non child proof bottles and you can also break off those retaining flaps using a pair of pliers.

Fritzy, dare I say, the little flashlights are there also.😆 I have them everywhere!!! They are the very best little flashlights, I just love them, they’re little and are very bright, and being neon in color, they tend to glow at night! We also have a ton of power outages, plus sometimes I just don’t want to turn on the light. 🙃 I have cut myself trying to open toothbrush packages! At work all the packages come to me, thank goodness most are boxes that are easily opened, but plastic really does suck! Have a Happy Fourth! ☀️👍🇺🇸🎆
