Store bought (Aldi) Chicken and Vegetable Soup. It's a very full bowl, but still only 140cals!

good substitute but your home made with chickpeas looked so much nicer, but I will look out for it for when I cant be bothered cooking, thank you for sharing

To be honest FlossyFlu, my home made ones taste a lot better too. This soup was okay, but not as good as I'd hoped it would be.
