HELLO FS FAM! It's been a long while. I left the app due to starting weight loss meds, and not wanting to share that here due to the hostility displayed to people on saxenda/ozempic etc. TBH, the meds didn't really help much. It's only since stopping them, FINALLY getting the right dose of thyroid meds, and a few little lifestyle tweaks, and now the weight is coming off. Very bloody slowly, but I'm no longer "moderately obese", I'm now "overweight". I'm not sure if I'll log back in here again, or if this update will be it. So I hope that you are doing OK, and remember to keep persevering, stay positive, and never ever give up on yourself. 💚

Back on track. I have a new regime that's working for me, but it doesn't involve this app, hence I've not been here. But I do miss the community, so I'm thinking I'll do the occasional update post.

Fritatta with pork sausage, red and green capsicum, mushrooms, mini tomatoes, onion, and a sprinkle of cheese. Topped with rocket and baby spinach.
