👏 I love that you can load your plate with steamed greens for less cals/carbs than potatoes but so much more nutrition. Added bonus (if your a volume eater like me), it can take 20 minutes to work your way through a plate of healthy veg and protein rather than 5-10 minutes to eat the standard Aussie meat with potato/pumpkin/peas/carrot/corn combos...
