I commented on someone else’s post that secret eating when alone is a trap. Today I’m tired, overworked and alone. Took a different course to normal - lovely lunch of egg, salmon, pesto tom, cucumber - no tv. Then walk outside.

That lunch looks pretty great 🤤 Walking has so many benefits... I've gone from not going further than from my front door to the car/car to my desk at work to no less than 6km/50 min each day... a new addiction to replace the carb/fat/sugar binging 😁

great idea no T.V and a walk. The food looks delicious also. If you were here there would be no walking. You would either get blown away or drenched and maybe both.

I binged ate the other day. But what I did was I spread that eat into the whole weeks diary. Kinda like a binge debt to my self. Because instead of beating myself up like I always have then decide that this thing is whole process is too hard, I wanted to tell myself this time that it is okay to fall off the wagon every now and then. But I have to make sure I get back on it.

I luv your seafood menu. a real seafood eater myself. also many health issues and my age 79yrs I really have to b careful what I consume and activities I cannot do. In saying this I am pretty active and as healthy as I can be.
