Finally I got my senses together. I am starting this journey again on this Monday. I am doing my beginning weigh in tomorrow and will log my weight every Sunday.

I am going to limit my daily calories to 1500. Macros ratio going to be 30/30/40

3 litres of water every day. Psyllium husk to help with fibre intake.

At least 3 days workouts or 1 hour brisk walk. At least 1500 calorie offset per week.

I understand this journey has more to do with mindset than physicality. Let's do this.

Yay! You can do it! It’s a long game. Stick with it and don’t give up if you start out slow, give yourself room to improve and to change slowly cos it’s hard to break our habits. Full support and encouragement to you 💗

It's strange how this happens. It seems I got my senses together too. I woke up 6 months ago with my 1st thought being a determination to lose weight & get fit. With a few exceptions I've stuck to a sensible daily calorie count & slowly my 'snug' clothes are becoming loose! I wish I could drink 3 litres of water every day!

Thanks all. Just by start monitoring weight on daily basis I can already see the changes I need to do start eating better. It was making that decision to do that just took too long...
