Well only 2 days of a strict watch on food and drink intake and scales this morning show me losing 1.3kg.... Do not feel any difference in regards to work suit and the tightness of the trousers, but let's give that a week and see.... Very happy with this start, just need to maintain the discipline when it comes to what I eat and drink....
84.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
