Went to a cocktail event for a volunteer thing I do last night. Ate one single cookie as there was no other food and I could feel the very small amount of wine I was sipping sloshing around in my stomach. So we will call that the cheat meal for the week and I'm not going to stress it. Came home and ate a real dinner so the cheating wouldn't continue.

Other than that, things are going well. Working all day, today, but life happens. What else can you do but roll with it? 😜
