Two years ago, I didn't believe that this was possible. I'd heard of people who had done it, but they were few and far between, and I wasn't like them - they might be able to do it, but I couldn't. Now I know that it CAN be done, and that it takes determination and patience.
I had to decide that this was really what I wanted. I hated my weight, I hated my feelings of ugliness and I hated my inability to change anything. This website has given me the tools to change, and I thank God that I (so belatedly) found this valuable tool.
