Haven't even looked at this for months, have moved house had some surgery, found out I had a heart condition that then accelerated and needed surgical intervention in February and then got a blood clot in the lung to top it all off. Finally settled down and returned to work for the first time after maternity leave then health issues. Was so excited that I did a whole 2 days straight(will only do 2 days a week til my little girl is bigger) without an ambulance trip to the hospital, as that's been the case for the past attempts. Now to deal with the weight and the fitness levels and get this all behind me. Onward and upward! LOL Jaz

Thanks Jan, it's been a bit of a trial, but know that God is bigger than all trials and He holds me in the palm of His hand. Looking forward to getting back to life and enjoying all I can from it. Need to get healthy and to a reasonable weight to acheive this. So will get on to this now. Though saying that had a terrible weekend and need to get re-focussed again. :-) J

As long as we keep our eyes on the goal we will get there! And it is good to get to the place where we know what to do to re-focus,(for me- no wheat whatsoever) and what we can have that does not cause a spike on the scales, (a Heaven as an occasional Sunday treat). Blessings, Jan
