I HAVE NEGLECTED YOU ! Aw man, I cannot believe how bad I have been!!! I haven't been on for a LONG time to update my food and sport intake *sigh*
I believe I've done a pretty good job trying tokeep everything down but the long weekend kind of killed it for me... I binged on junkfood for the whole 3 days !!!! Feeling kind of depressed about it but I've bounced back since yesterday, walking and eating right. My mentality is coming back and it's only going to get stronger once I get back into the swing of things... I hope the weather looks up soon because I'm burning to go for runs!!!
One step at a time! I even lost track of my CHALLENGE!!! I'm in week 5, I'm pretty sure... 1 more week left so I'll make the most of it!!!
