I indulged a little today, eating toast with melted cheese... I haven't had cheese for a while and I've been feeling the pressure of my challenge, among other things hahaha...nothing like a well-balanced diet, and it was either that or Macaroni cheese pasta. I'll work it off tomorrow but I've had a pretty active week, I believe :)
