I've been have 4 small meals a day. which I think helps my digestive system.

was hoping to go off prednisone. seems to be causing weight gain even though I am staying within calorie range. I guess I just need to lower it more. I can't increase exercise too much as I don't want to stress my body out more than it is. oh, well. I can just keep trying. once off prednisone a lot should drop as a lot is water weight. This is why mu G.P said she won't be monitoring my weight til I am off prednisone.

well. Better than nothing. Had to change medication as azathioprine was causing major side affects.
My daughters Brithday tomorrow so will be enjoying a birthday lunch. Next week going to the Zoo. One last big outing before my sister moves to U.S.
once tapered off prednisone I've been told by many its easier to lose weight. Just about being mindful and not gaining. Hope others are going well.

Holding off weighing myself as my weight is fluctuating between 122 and 125k.6 gs. So its difficult to know where I am with weight.
But once off prednisone the water weight will go away slowly. 3 more weeks till I am fully tapered off.
