Holding off weighing myself as my weight is fluctuating between 122 and 125k.6 gs. So its difficult to know where I am with weight.
But once off prednisone the water weight will go away slowly. 3 more weeks till I am fully tapered off.

The same. My weight has been going up and down by 2-3 kilos. I suspect medication. Even though I've been consuming less calories. But with such fluctuations it is water weight. Anyway will keep on keeping on.

I had lost 2 kg. But put some back on. I think it's to do with medication I am on. I've been eating less and exercising more than the last few months. Its okay its just fluid retention.

Today I start from scratch agian. I've been sick for a long time.
just last week I was diagnosed with Crohns diease, and hypertension. After I took myself to the E.R.
I already have PCOS.
Now I know what is wrong with me I can work towards fixing or managing it.
So here's to a new start, that at least I have answers for.
