Another week down. Seems like I'm holding the 97/98kg range okay. Next goal is 96.9 and then just increment by 2kg losses each time I hit a checkpoint.

Went for a walk up to a nearby lookout. Much steeper than my usual 20k steps/day but it was still around 90 min round-trip.

After a couple of days of doing less exercise to what I'm used to, I'll be back in check on the weekend. Made a new batch of pumpkin/cumin soup which is tasty and relatively filling. Also a great meal for these cooler times.
