Sitting just under 116 kg on weigh in today. That's a huge 2kg loss in a week. Much of this will be water weight due to the switch to low carb. Thankfully seem to be through the worst of the change now n feeling on the up n up!

First weigh in starting keto with my new PT and wellness coach! 27% body fat so need to lose around 20kg to get to 10%
