Christmas is over, new years eve is over. Weight went up a little which I feel is great as it could have been worse. A little bit of willpower went a long way to keep the weight increase to a miniumn. Now to get back on track.

Xmas is now gone for another year. My weight has risen after the xmas foodathon.
Something that was expected, so I am still happy.

Lost more than I thought I would after a nice lump of freshly cooked carrot and walnut cake with no icing. Its nice to taste food how its meant to taste without that great sugar rush. It was yummy but for the calories. I will have to try harder next time as to whether it will be a smaller or bigger slice, leaning towards a ……….. slice.
