Weight increase was due to only fast food was available, but it was yummy anyway.
Weight is now coming down.
Getting ready for the Xmas feasts.
It pays sometimes to think ahead.
Calorie intake at the moment is 1000 or less (but higher protein) per day and that seems to be doing the job.
Its a bit tough at times but the long term benefits are worth it.
Enough of my babbling on till next time.

Coming down slowly but surely. Be leaving for Canada soon for a couple of weeks.

Just back from Canada, been gone for a while. Looks like the weight has risen a kilo or 10. Now to get back to around 72kg from 81.3kg

Been a little with a lot going on and the big day is here for a colonoscopy, so now its a wait and see what the results are.

Hi all
Been away for a couple of weeks, have been increasing my calorie intake to try and maintain a 72.5kg weight. Did not expect my weight to have dropped.
