Oh swell. At least back to where I was but not as far as I was a week ago at 81.7.

Yep. As I feared. As soon as I upped the calories above 800. Weight gain. .300
After checking food diary as I wasn’t actively counting just trying to eat healthy. I added up and was averaging 950-1100
Damned if I do. Damned if I don’t
Don’t know what to do now. Drop em again ? Keep eating the higher number and risk more weight gain. Who the F gains weight on 1100 calories a day ? Frustrating is nowhere near cutting it

Surprise surprise. 81.9. Still the freaking same
I ate more the past two days but still within calorie count. No diff
I have researched a bit yesterday and a lot of nutritionists are against calorie counting
Instead they recommend focus on healthy non processed food lots of veg obviously and listen to hunger signals and only eat till your satisfied
I do tend to be very OCD on things so it’s possible that’s why I not eating enough and my metabolism has slowed right down
So just going to track what I eat. But not the numbers. For a week. See how it goes as counting every calorie that enters my mouth isn’t working for me
It made sense when they compared calories in say a candy bar of 500cals to chicken and veg of 500 calories
How our bodies deal with each. How our gut deals with each. How the insulin in our bodies react to each. That’s why they say a calorie isn’t a calorie
As
500 cals of candy u will still be hungry 5 minutes later and consume more calories. With the chicken veg u would be full and not eat more

Weight the same. To the gram
Only got to 850 calories yesterday. Not for want of trying Dinner our was fish and baked vegetables and there’s only so much of them u can physically fit in 🤭

Ruben Meerman. He’s a physicist and does a presentation on the mathematics of weight loss. Goes for about 21 minutes. So so interesting!
