Dropped but only back to where I was for the past week or so. And maybe cos yesterday had a crap day at work and literally didn’t eat until 6pm last night. One meal all day Just can’t get it to keep dropping like before. A friend is taking keto BHB
And it’s working. Anyone out there know about it or take it by any chance???????

Jumped up 1.1. Grrrrr. No explanation. Still doing strict keto. Carbs around 20-30 a day
Just not moving. But bloody gaining. After an amazing start
Anyone doing keto out there have any ideas 💡

Keto cookies
1/2 cup butter
1 tbls peanut butter ( no added sugar)
Cream together with 1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1 tsp baking powder
2 - 2.5 cups almond meal
Dark choc chips
Roll into balls.
Press with fork
Bake at 180 for 12-15 m
