Haven't been strict on diet, still have to work out a few kinks, but I'm getting at least 4 days of exercise at the moment and it seems to be paying of so far.
156.8 kg Lost so far: 26.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
