I have decided to move from 34” to 32” jeans because they are falling off me, notwithstanding my weight remaining static. I’ve also bought some new belts on the Internet because the old ones aren’t functional any more. I assume that one day in the future the scales will show a dramatic one day weight loss, but I think that will just be a fluid adjustment or something to do with my period.
79.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
