Weighed in, at the hospital. 14/1/2021. Not really surprised, as I haven't said "No" to much, since arriving home in December. Can see the weight in my face, top of my legs, and top of my shoulders. Hair doesn't look great!
Mental goal, 68kg.
I'm starting with small changes.... saying "No", moderation and a bit of exercise... but not so strict I can't keep it up.
