Baked some soft pumpkin oatmeal cookies for arvo snacks, nice and healthy I hopeā€¦ 50g for around 55kcal each cookie

https://www.powerhungry.com/2021/01/3-ingredient-pumpkin-oat-cookies-vegan-oil-free-gf/ Hi Trish, I made mine based on this website and replaced the sugar with stevia sweetener. Also instead of using Applesauce, I used extra pumpkin purée. If you want to reduce the calorie per cookie, simply reduce the amount of rolled oats in the recipe.
