Back to my Eggwhite (500ml) quiche with 250g of mushrooms, 150g of cauliflowers, 80g of red chili capsicum and 40g of diced onions for dinner. Plenty of protein and volume, yet low in calorie! With slices of your choice and No oil was added in this dish!
