hello my sweetlings
how are you all?
getting over the Christmas and new year festivities?

i haven't been on the air as I might have had a very mild
covid. the health dept text me saying I was near a person with covid
I cancelled my carers immediately and told my family to stay away.
the funny thing is that received a photo of a positive covid from my
my son and family. so I was a worrying 2 weeks.

my son and his wife had mild covid
I had milder covid
but we are fatigued - not tired but FATIGUED

so that is why I haven't been on the journal page.

well I hope you have all gotten back to your diet plan

Fatigue is not fun, but glad to hear that is the worst symptom 🙂

thank you for the health comment i am still fatigued but it is getting better I hurt an old injury , in my knee, I am wearing a brace on it doesn't help the weight loss!

I'm glad you are recovering. My husband got covid and the fatigue was the worst part of it for him. Bad knees are the worst, I didn't realise how much you rely on them until I hurt my knee. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
