hello my darlings,

i want to thank the person who sent me the best wishes (I don't know how to find
out )she knows who she is...
i want to thank you all who have been interested in my page.

by my weigh in, you can see how I ballooned out with food.
i am going to start on my diet...again

its going to be twice as hard as ii have put on so much weight and
I cant exercise due to my condition.
so, back to watching every thing i eat. i have a low thyroid hashimotos disease.
that makes my metabolism slow.
