Meal prep done. Each month during winter I am choosing a dish from the Indian takeaway to add to my monthly meal plan and this month is Lamb Rogan Josh. Measured into 4 serves and boosted with rice, steamed veg & 40g greek yoghurt it totals 450 cals-yummo!

thanks mials11, satisfies my desire for takeaway without killing my momentum... Wasn't too long ago that I would have polished that dish off in 2 serves, plus double rice, an entree and a whole garlic naan 🤭
