hello my gorgeous internet friends
well, I have not been sticking to my diet. i am upset with myself. i haven't weighed myself. i haven't written down what I have eaten.
i have been eating chocolate and things
I don't know if I can diet adequately tomorrow.
but never mind I will live through it. tomorrow is another day.
i shouldn't buy chocolate bickies, chocolate snacks, I am sick of eating rice cakes. i am thick around the waist and I have a big belly! bra fat that is unreal. upper arms that wave at me.
but my son and his wife love me as do my grandchildren... so, I have a lot to be thankful for.
i put on about 4 kg then I lose 3 kg that makes me 1kg over the red line.
