May have got a little heavy handed with the lettuce and cucumber today...no room for the tuna :) Avo, egg & tuna tossed salad - 375 cals (inc 90g avo, sml tin flavoured tuna inc sauce & 1 egg) No extra dressing or carby salad needed...
