Day 90 Challenge will be officially over in 7hrs 6mins
Today will be final weighing in plus photo shoots and submission and mission accomplished.
Now also today is my carb up day before the shoot so I’m going to have a few junk yeah that’s right fast acting carbs down and I’m looking forward to tonight’s dinner it’s pizza!!!!!
I’m 73.3kg at this moment which is 160 pounds therefore I will maintain a 1600 Calories daily for a couple of days or so before reversing diet to a more sustainable weight though still lean.

So full right now I had 2 large pizzas all to myself now can’t bend over to touch toes hhh I think I have enough carbs for the week now hhh
