hello my sweetlings
sorry i haven,t been on the air
various things have caused me to not write.
but the main thing is my over-eating. i have had lots of family gatherings where we go out and eat up big!!
but I am back on track today.
i opened a large packet of M&Ms, I sat and watched a movie and 3/4 of the m&ms were gone!! i felt good, nothing like a spurge of chocolate splurge!!

well, I got on the scales and I have only put on 1 kg, must be the fact that I did not each much when I knew that I was going out, so I am very happy.
oh, by the way, I hid the rest of the m&ms in the freezer, so I don't eat them.

i hope you are all sticking to your diet and if you are not, take heart because bye there is always tomorrow to start eating properly. bye for now, PRINCE FAN.
