Wow! When you phrase it like that, losing that amount in just 200 days is awe-inspiring! And not many of us can consistently lose over 1kg per week, even if that's calculated as an average over time. So well done! 💚

@Invisible Stranger, No not really. Were there no consequences to excessive eating, my local KFC would have a table named after me.
