This stuff might be high protein, but heaven help me it was my undoing this week!! There was no stopping at a 'taste' or even a 'portion' once the packet was cracked! Note to self: purchase occasionally, open only when in company to share the bliss...

I have same problems on different items so I just don't buy them. but I do get a alternate healthy item to take its place. works for me.

@Chubbs.Hall - 18 months ago I emptied my cupboards of all the packaged goodies that I had stored away, biscuits, chocolate, lollies, pastas, sauces etc and my freezer of prepackaged meals (including lean cuisines), pies and breaded chicken/fish... It all went out until I worked my diabetes into remission and lost enough weight to be healthy... I am now at a stage in my journey that I am looking at what I can bring back in a controlled way... This stuff is not going to be on that list- hahaha 😀 I have a suspicion that will be the case with most salty, fatty, carby treats. At least this has high protein and negligable carbs/sugars...

Yes I agree. I have zero self control with the yummy snacks. I have to buy snacks for the kids so in order to stop eating I have had to stop going to the kitchen, I hang out in the yard or I leave the house and go for walks in the neighbourhood. It helps. Not buying cheat foods also helps if you can avoid it
