Yeah, Greek yogurt is crazy. I'll have like 250 calories of it and be stuffed. Mexican? More like 1,500 lol

Diablo, I'd need that calorie count for Chinese food but I can't resist the low mein...😅 I've actually conducted this experiment with myself and all the foods you have here totally take me longer to digest than almost any other food I eat.

Take out the tofu, scallops, and shellfish, and add a tbsp of ghee twice a week in the fats section, and our macronutrient choices are similar!!!

Fat free gree-gurt was a game changer for sure! I eat the stuff by the pound. It gets a bit nauseating in high volumes, but the greatest filler and protein bump out there!
