Just did a 24 hr fast. Will skip dinner again to try to get into ketosis again. So annoyed its so easy for me to get up to 80kg in Winter
79.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
