Have to get serious about exercising again, as well as concentrate on diet. Going nowhere.
81 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

exercise in all its forms is the best! the more you do the more you learn you can do. doing something you couldn't do a week ago is the best feeling in the world. my first muscle up was the best day this year!
