I remember not breaking the 84 kg mark for weeks and weeks.. then hit 80 within a week when it broke. stay in the deficit and add some new and different kinds of exercises maybe.

Yea back into exercising again now. I might just weigh in on Sat & Sun and not put up with those day to day ups and downs. Blood trending downwards is a good sign.

Plateau's are a killer and psychological resolve is needed. For me its almost as if my brain/body sometimes puts a mini plateau in place to get me to stop diet and then when I continue to work through the plateau my body gives up until the next plateau. In times of weigh ins other people swear by weekly. Personally I weigh myself everyday same time. I find it helps me rectify and reflect on issues pretty quickly and change if I need to. I have gone through your diet diary and can see you have are predominantly low carb. However, before I can give some advice or tips please can you let me know what type of diet you intend to follow and did you start using FS on the first day of your diet and record what you eat.

I wouldn't go beyond Aug 26 when looking at my diet. Obviously I never logged the crap food I've eaten in prior months

Thanks for the quick response it all makes sense. Basically seeing that you are low carb and maybe comfortable with that I would recommend a Keto diet. Looking at your food, you have not yet completed the Induction phase of Keto which then forces your body to revert to burning fat for energy. Once you complete this phase you will start to see your weight go down as long as you stay in ketosis. To check that you can buy some urinalysis strips which a not too expensive however due to my obsessive compulsive nature I bought a blood monitor as I was not comfortable with an approximate reading. This actually helped me experiment and dial in my diet. I also changed my scale because on my old one I would jump on it 2-3 times and the reading would fluctuate by about 200g which was useless to me as I weigh myself daily and not interested in taking action on incorrect fluctuations.
