I've actually lost 4kg in 2 months, but gee its felt like a real effort. I'm thinking i find it easier to shift the pounds in the Summer months. This time I want to be in the 73's by December for a change.
77 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
