I get glitches like that but overall I'm still going down. how about you

Yep, I try to weigh myself daily so expect slight changes but weekly trends still going down approx 1kg a week. Body fat % going down slower than i like but I have a life too. :)

9kgs thats awesome Russ keep ot up mate. i just weigh myself once a week now as i have decided that i am on a lifestyle change so its long term anyway!
