My weight is slowly creeping up again. I know it's not extra muscle, so I need to train myself to graze less.
80 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Whatever comes to hand, basically. I eat a lot of apples, whole grain crispbread with crunchy peanut butter, too much cheese and I have a weakness for wholegrain breads,

I do that at night if I can’t sleep. So now working on sleeping better!

look for low GI bread

Thanks for the affirmation, Guys! I do stick to low GI bread, "Helga's Lower Carb wholemeal and seeds" being my current preference.
