Thanks mate. Losing body fat is harder now, my calorie count is too low so I’m losing lean mass too. Still working out the magic calorie numbers. At 20% body fat.

losing body fat gets exponentially harder. numbers become critical

I've been watching this very interesting series called Diabesityseries.com with very insightful information on weight etc. It's a free series from now until 18 October. I highly recommend watching it. It may just help you. Bestest wishes.
