alas in 2 days 1.5kg drop and then the scales jam. It must be. It can't be me
79.5 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Although I weigh myself daily I use the weekly avg as a decent trend to even out dehydration etc
